All is well in Antarctica. It is now 1 month until I see my girlfriend again and I'm missing her so very much.
The weather has turned super windy, which is nice as it's blowing a lot of the ice (the icebreaker broke up) out of here. Many have told me that more open water = more whales.
Work continues to be routine. I attended open mic night at the bar.
Everyone is talking about their post-Antarctica travel plans. Many have plans to travel for three or more months and to all types of exotic locations.

We have not gone to look for the Icebreaker
here in Michigan... But when Gigi & Danielle
were small we would go with Dieter to see the
Icebreaker break through the ice to make a
passage for the Ships & Lakers that were caught
in the waters between Michigan & Canada..
Last year the Icebreaker was used in Ohio to
break up an ice jam that was causing a lot of
flooding...There was even flooding in Ashland.
I hope that your remaining month passes very
quickly..& you should try to add Trinidad & Tobago
Argentina, Brazil & Venezuela to your list..
